National Hygiene Month means it’s time to celebrate our amazing team
At Pauly Dental we pride ourselves on our welcoming environment and family-like feel. We couldn’t provide the welcoming environment or high level of care without our amazing dental hygiene team. Today we want to celebrate National Hygiene Month by highlighting our amazing hygiene team. We know we’ve got some of the best and are proud to celebrate them today, and every day.
Terrific Traci
Traci has worked at our Wichita practice as a valued member of the team since 1988. She graduated from college in Hastings Nebraska and is also certified in TMJ treatment, local anesthesia, and nitrous oxide administration. She loves being able to care for and educate people on their path toward achieving better health.
Traci and her husband Paul have two grown children and the family is growing. In her free time, she is very involved with her family and all of their activities.
We love Traci’s ability to connect with her patients and provide next-level education and support. She is consistently working to learn more about her profession and stay on top of all the latest research. She is an invaluable member of the Pauly Dental Team. Thank you, Traci for your many years here, and cheers to many more!
Our family has been coming to this office for many years. I won't trust my teeth to just anyone. Dr. Pauly is great! My daughters love her, too. She is patient, gentle and does excellent work. Amazing Ally
Ally was born and raised in Wichita and is the youngest of five kids. She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene at Wichita State University. Ally’s background in various positions in the dental office has led her to become well-rounded in each area of the practice. With her calming personality Ally has an ability to help patients feel at ease in the dental chair. When not working she enjoys spending time with her husband Tyler and their two dogs.
Ally is one of the kindest and most encouraging people we know. Her temperament is perfectly suited to her position as a dental hygienist. She is warm, caring, and knowledgeable. We are all so fortunate to have her!

Dent-a-riffic Danielle
Danielle grew up in Wichita, KS and wanted to be a dental hygienist ever since she was little. She has achieved a Bachelor of Science degree in Dental Hygiene from Wichita State University. Danielle enjoys meeting new people and has a very welcoming personality which helps her patients feel relaxed during their dental visits. She also has a strong passion for educating her patients on oral health and working with them individually to achieve their best oral health status.
Outside of the office, Danielle enjoys spending time with her loved ones, going to country music concerts, and watching football and basketball games.
Danielle is exceedingly kind and so much fun to have around the office! Her smile is contagious and she provides a sense of comfort to our patients that is nothing short of incredible. Thank you, Danielle for your amazing work!
